How Does The League Work?
It is 8 on 8 players, minimum of 3 women in the field at all times.
Teams may play with minimum of 1 women and 5 men (or 2 women and 5 men).
It is no contact, flag football.
Female must be a primary player every three downs at a minimum.
6 points for a touchdown with a 1 or 2 pt. conversion choice.
