How Does The League Work?
It is 6 on 6 players (as low as 4v4), minimum of 2 women in the court at all times.
Each match consists of 3 games to 25 for a good little workout.
Standard Volleyball Rules with relatively relaxed calls (no fouls if you step on the line while serving etc).
